First NFS Community Summer Social!
On Saturday June 7 we welcomed parents and forest school students to our first Forest School Community Social in south Nanaimo's SEED neighbourhood forest classroom. Forest school teachers, neighbours, board members and families enjoyed tasty potluck food, fruits and vegetables, live music by NFS teacher David Proctor (guitar) and community member Jesse Connor (cello), hammocks, swings, bubbles, art and colouring, and lots of wheelbarrow rides with Michael,
