Nature Exploration for homeschool/public school students
Play based programs for 6–12 year olds
Designed to support each student's experiential learning journey throughout the elementary school years, these programs encourage free play and creativity while also building on students' at-home curriculum in the outdoor classroom. Educators offer facilitated activities and explorations to foster each child's relationship with the natural world while also empowering new skills that relate to Earth science, bushcraft, forest ecology, place-based stories, history, and much more!
We currently offer school-year programming in two locations, Colliery Dam Park and Linley Valley Park. We encourage families to sign up for whichever location is nearest their home neighbourhood, or on a day of the week that works for them.
All Day Programs for 6-12 yr olds
Students aged 6–12 have the option to attend full day sessions,

Morning 9:00 — 12:00*
Afternoon 12:30 — 3:30
ALL DAY 9:00 — 3:30
Morning class is combined with 3-6 yr class until large enough group is formed. Blended age groups supports social emotional learning and empathy training.
